そのため、必ずしも個別の許可申請は必要ありません。

◆二次創作を制作・公開する際のお願い◆

Requests When Creating and Publishing Fan Works

①公式コンテンツとは「楽曲」「歌詞」「MV」「キャラクター」を指します。

Official content refers to “songs,” “lyrics,” “music videos,” and “characters.”

②二次創作作品を発信する際には、必ず①原作クリエイター名「ムシぴ」または「muship」②Xリンク（https://x.com/muship_64）③YouTubeリンク（https://www.youtube.com/@ibumushi）の3点の表記をお願いします。

When sharing derivative works, please ensure the following three items are always included: ① The original creator's name: “ムシぴ” or “muship” ②X link (https://x.com/muship_64) ③ YouTube link (https://www.youtube.com/@ibumushi).

③上記お守りいただければ、個別の許可申請は必要ありません。もし事後報告をいただければ、喜んで拝見します。

If you follow the above guidelines, no individual permission request is necessary. If you would like to provide a report afterward, we would be happy to review it.

④ただし、営利活動を伴う場合や、現在広く公開されていないと判断される作品を扱う場合には、事前にご相談ください。

However, if the activity involves profit-making purposes or involves works that are not currently widely available to the public, please consult us in advance.

⑤二次創作する際、公序良俗に反する内容への改変は禁止しています。

When creating derivative works, modifications that violate public order and morals are prohibited.

⑥公式コンテンツ（楽曲・MV・キャラクター等）をそのまま二次配布することは禁止しています。 

The redistribution of official content (songs, music videos, characters, etc.) in its original form is prohibited.
